- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

- For incorrect or defective items, the case must be filed within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. Kindly send us your order number along with information on the incorrect product to email@example.com
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
- This return policy does not apply to items that have been stated as non-exchangeable and non-refundable on aishitoto.sg
- We do not offer a refund in case of a change of mind or incorrect purchase.
- All returns will be reviewed first by Aishitoto Singapore and we reserve the right to perform remedies including a refund to stripe or bank account that you originally used to make your payment, or 1 to 1 exchange (we will bear the cost of their return).
- Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may be subject to a damaged goods fee or be sent back to you with no refund issued.
- Customers will need to bear the return shipping cost should they decide to return items to us.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
